PRP Hair Treatments
PRP, or platelet-rich plasma, is a concentrate derived from whole blood that is centrifuged to remove red blood cells. It can hold many benefits when looking for overall skin improvement! When paired with aesthetic treatments, PRP improves overall skin texture and tone and decreases the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles around the mouth and eyes.

When PRP is injected into the skin it triggers collagen production by stimulating the body’s natural wound-healing response.
One of our phlebotomists will draw your blood which will then be spun in a centrifuge to separate your red blood cells from your plasma. After that, one of our trained NP’s, PA’s or RN’s will inject your PRP into the areas of concern.
After two weeks of your treatment you should start to notice thickening of hair and new hair growth but it will typically take 3 to 6 months to see best results.
We recommend a series of 3 treatments for optimal results.
Morpheus8
Morpheus8 is Radio Frequency Microneedling. It uses radio frequency heat and 12-40 needles to stimulate collagen and elastin to help contour the face and body.

Our highly trained estheticians will start by numbing you with a topical numbing cream for 45 minutes – 1 hour.
After that your skin will be prepped and the treatment will begin. We offer ProNox (laughing gas) to help calm any nerves or pain. After the procedure there is no pain and the provider will apply a CBD cream that they will send you home with (packages only).
It takes about 3 to 4 weeks to notice results. After a few weeks you’ll notice more even, smoother, firmer skin. We recommended a package of 3 to see best results.
Side effects include: Swelling, bruising, scabbing (scratching), which is all completely normal

Semaglutide
Semaglutide is a type of diabetic medication that has been approved by the FDA for weight loss within non-diabetics.

- Delays gastric emptying (makes you feel full when you do eat).

One of our practitioners will assess your weight-loss goals, discuss Semaglutide, and evaluate labs or order basic metabolic and thyroid labs. Injection is once weekly and will start on the first visit.

You can take Semaglutide as long as you want. In fact, studies are even showing cardiovascular benefits and potential Alzheimer protection.
Most common side effects are nausea, heartburn, and constipation. We can prescribe and make recommendations to help relieve these potential side effects.
There is not a rebound effect like some weight-loss medications such as phentermine. That said, caloric needs must be in line with intake, otherwise anyone will gain weight. We offer a complimentary nutritional assessment with our wellness nurse. This nutritional assessment is a 30 minute appointment and we will review basic nutritional and lifestyle guidelines to keep you on track.
Hormone Replacement
Hormones coordinate and control most of our bodily functions. When they are imbalanced, our bodies notice. That’s where Bioidentical Hormone Replacement can help. Unlike traditional hormone replacement, the hormones we use are chemically identical to the ones found in your body.

Our board-certified Nurse Practitioner will consult with you to customize a plan to help you. She will do a full blood panel either in the office or send you to a lab that is in network for you.
HRT typically involves taking medication in the form of a pill, patch, or cream to replace the hormones that the body is no longer producing at normal levels. The medication is tailored to each patient’s individual needs and may involve regular monitoring and adjustment.
Once we get your lab results back our NP will go over those results and start you on a prescription. It may take a couple weeks after starting HRT to feel the effects.
Patients may start to notice improvements in symptoms within a few weeks of beginning HRT, but it can take several months to see the full benefits of the treatment.
The risks are usually very small, and will depend on how long you take HRT and your own health risks. It’s best to schedule a consultation with our Nurse Practitioner, Rachelle to make sure you’re the right candidate for HRT.

The Hormone consultation is $199 for the year. We do not take insurance for the consultation fee. However, lab work should be covered by your insurance.
