Rachelle is a board-certified nurse practitioner with over 20 years experience in healthcare. She began her career as an ER nurse and worked for 10+ years in a level 1 trauma center. After graduating from Idaho State University with a Master's Degree in Nursing and a post Masters in Public Health, she accepted a position as a Nurse Practitioner in Neurology.
During her time at IHC, Rachelle was awarded the 2016 APC Nurse Practitioner of the year award and also received a clinical excellence award in 2018. Rachelle has practiced both medical and cosmetic botox for over 10 years. She received her initial aesthetic injector certification in 2011 and has since attended dozens of advanced training as well as mentored numerous new injectors.
In her spare time, she loves spending time with her husband Chris, their two bulldogs, and working with several charities, particularly The Alexis Foundation Haiti where she currently serves on the Board of Directors for the non-profit organization supporting orphans.

Her name is Nazaneen, but her friends call her Naz. Naz is a Physician Assistant who graduated from the U of U. She worked in colorectal surgery for the first 8 years of her career at LDS Hospital while doing aesthetics on the side since 2015, which earned her the tag line of ‘cheek to cheek coverage.’ Naz now works in plastic surgery on the side and loves working as a cosmetic injector at Arlani! Needless to say, she loves anatomy and working with her hands. Her favorite procedures are Sculptra BBLs and lip filler.

Jessika has been a Nurse Practitioner for 4 years. She works full-time as a surgical transplant APRN. It's challenging, wild, and she loves every minute of it. She finds it rewarding to make people feel confident and beautiful.
Jessika is a mother to two sons and four fur babies who keep her on her toes. If you can’t find her in the operating room or in the medspa, she's on a new adventure with her little family.

Jamie is a loving wife, and mother to two boys. You can almost always catch her looking for a new dog to foster or making memories with her family in the sunshine. Her favorite service to perform at Arlani is a full 8-point lift.

Jaclyn is a Registered Nurse and has been practicing for over 25 years with specialties ranging from Pediatric Oncology, Pediatric Neurology to adult Diabetic Education. She completed a Master of Science, focusing on Integrative Health (preventative health) from the University of Utah. Jaclyn's areas of specialty include IV micronutrient therapy, mindfulness, nutrition education, stress management, supplements, and lifestyle analysis which are included in a Balanced Life Program that she customizes to each client’s needs.
Jaclyn LOVES helping clients understand how to balance macros and improve the quality of their lives from nutrition and mindful eating practices to stress management. Jaclyn was a travel nurse for over 10 years and lived all over exploring and experiencing the world. This travel provided her with the opportunity to mountain bike, hike, and enjoy cuisine while working within Pediatric Oncology/Bone Marrow Transplant - a truly fulfilling career choice that changed her life.

Maddie graduated from Westminster College of Nursing in 2020 with her BSN. Caring compassionately for others has always been her passion. She is currently practicing as a nurse in an oncology clinic, and is in training to become a cosmetic injector. When she’s not working, she loves to spend time with her Yorkie, KoKo. At Arlani, Maddie loves to administer wellness IVs, tailoring them to fit the needs of each individual.
Mary has over two decades of medical experience, primarily in pediatric trauma and emergency medicine. She began her career as a registered nurse in 2001, working in the Emergency Room at Primary Children’s Hospital, a nationally ranked children’s hospital. In 2005, she transitioned to her first dream job as a Flight Nurse for Life Flight where she has excelled, becoming now one of the crew’s most experienced pediatric nurses.
Mary has always loved all things beauty and decided to take a leap of faith by participating in Arlani’s very first Injectors course. After training with these amazing injectors and educators, she landed her second dream job at Arlani and she couldn’t be more excited! When she is not flying or injecting, Mary is often found cheering for her three children at a Little League game or choir performance alongside her husband of 15 years.
Mary’s favorite treatments are Sculptra, PRF and Botox/Dysport because she loves helping people look and feel younger!
For over 15 years, Lindsay has passionately served in nursing, specializing in neonatal medicine. Her roles have spanned from the neonatal ICU to thrilling roles such as a neonatal flight nurse.
Lindsay's love for her work extends beyond science; she's driven by her desire to provide comfort and reassurance during uncertain times. She's a self-professed 'procedure junky,' proficient at administering IVs on infants mid-flight.. talk about steady hand and precision.
As a proud science nerd, Lindsay has a keen interest in anatomy and physiology. Recently, she transitioned into the role of an injector, finding that her meticulous nature lends itself well to this profession. Lindsay's goal is to make her patients feel comfortable while helping them look and feel their best.

Tayler graduated from the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics in 2018 as a Licensed Master Esthetician. Making people feel confident and beautiful in their own skin has always been a goal and passion of hers. She loves working with all employees and clients of Arlani. It truly is like one big family. Tayler’s favorite treatments to perform are Morpheus8 and Microneedling. She’s looking forward to becoming a mom in October and enjoys taking on new adventures with her family and friends.

Loreta is a Master Esthetician with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and 4+ years of experience in the Medspa and Beauty industry -- did we mention she's also bilingual?? While she specializes in PMU and lash extensions, she has also developed a new love for microblading. When working with clients, Loreta believes in taking an individual and custom approach, catering each treatment to their face, body, and unique goals.
If she's not at Arlani, you'll probably find her at the fire station visiting her husband, or off on an adventure with her fur-baby, Rocky. Loreta believes in taking risks and never regretting your decisions because they tend to lead you to a path full of new opportunities.

Olivia, but everyone calls her Liv.
Liv Graduated from Skin Science Institute of Laser and Esthetics in July of 2021 and has been at Arlani Medspa ever since. Liv’s favorite thing about doing esthetics is helping her clients feel confident in their own skin. Being an esthetician means more to me than a job. With technology and science always developing and discovering new ways to improve our overall health and wellness, I feel inspired to offer transformational services to improve the quality of a person’s life. It’s about understanding and treating the body from the inside out (not only on the surface) and educating my family, friends and clients brings joy when I can see that I have empowered their life. Kaila is one of the receptionists here at Arlani as well as a newly certified phlebotomist. She has always had a passion for dance, and now coaches a middle school dance company. Kaila loves to see the glow after a patient comes out of the treatment room! If she’s not at work you can find her spending quality time with family and friends!
Jaydee is a Medical Assistant here at Arlani. She is a University of Utah graduate, and aside from working at this amazing spa, she also works as a high school Drill coach for Juan Diego. Her favorite services to perform at Arlani are piercings and phlebotomy.
Alissa is one of the receptionists and Medical Assistants here at Arlani. She loves to travel and dance - in fact, she has danced for 18 years! Alissa’s favorite treatment to perform at Arlani is Evolve. She loves seeing the results people get and being able to assist with any questions clients may have.
